Christine Bejerasco
Christine Bejerasco has been in the cybersecurity industry for 21 years. She started during the reign of network worms, and has seen the threat landscape evolve with the technologies that have been introduced as well as changes in regulations and user behavior. From doing hands-on researcher work to leading teams of diverse skills and background, she has helped build capabilities and technologies that defend against various forms of cyber threats. She has also trained and mentored leaders and practitioners both in a formal office setting and in an informal capacity. In 2021, she became the Chief Technology Officer of WithSecure and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer of the same organization. She regularly speaks at events and conferences on cyber security topics.

Joseph Carson
Joseph Carson is an award-winning cybersecurity professional and ethical hacker with over 25 years of experience in enterprise security. Specializing in blockchain, endpoint security, network security, application security, virtualization, access controls, and privileged access management, Joseph holds both CISSP and OSCP certifications. As Chief Security Scientist and Advisory CISO at Delinea, he advises on cutting-edge security solutions and emerging threats. A frequent speaker at global cybersecurity conferences, Joseph is an active community member, often quoted and published in leading industry outlets.

Hanna Hagström is an experienced data leader with over 25 years of expertise in digital transformation, data solutions, and AI. As the CEO and co-founder of Lakeview, a modern data consultancy, she helps organizations turn data into business value by covering every aspect of the data lifecycle: from strategy to daily operations, and from platforms to data products, analytics, and AI.

Alice Hutchings
Alice Hutchings is Professor of Emergent Harms in the Security Group at the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, and Fellow of King’s College. She is also Director of the Cambridge Cybercrime Centre, an interdisciplinary initiative combining expertise from computer science, criminology, and law. Specialising in cybercrime, she bridges the gap between criminology and computer science. Generally, her research interests include understanding cybercrime offenders, cybercrime events, and the prevention and disruption of online crime.

Emmanuel Naëgelen
General Emmanuel Naëgelen, a 1991 École de l’Air graduate, has built a distinguished career in cybersecurity. Starting as an IT security specialist in the French Air Force, he quickly advanced to executive roles within the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. In September 2016, he became Commander of the École des Pupilles de l’Air, and by 2018 he was appointed Head of Operations at the Cyber Defence Command (COMCYBER). Following his participation in the 2020 IHEDN national session on “Digital Sovereignty and Cyber Security,” he joined the French National Cyber Security Agency (ANSSI) and was named Deputy Director-General in January 2021.

Clémence Poirier
Clémence Poirier is a Senior Cyberdefense Researcher at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Prior to joining CSS, she was a Research Fellow at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) in Vienna, Austria where she conducted multidisciplinary research on space affairs. She also worked as a Researcher for Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia where she carried out policy and legal research on the cybersecurity of the Australian space infrastructure. Her research focuses on space cybersecurity as well as cyber and electronic warfare in outer space. Clémence holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, International Security and Defense from University Jean Moulin Lyon III, France.

Alexander Schellong
Dr. Alexander Schellong is Managing Director (GL ) of Cybersecurity at Schwarz digit, the 5th division of Europe’s largest retailer and fourth largest retailer in the world with offerings in Cloud, AI, retail media, workspace or Cybersecurity such as XM Cyber and STACKIT. Alexander has extensive experience in strategic consulting, general management, business unit leadership and mission critical international project and operations management in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia for the U.S. government, German government, European Commission, NATO and other commercial clients. In 2019, Alexander founded the non-profit initiative CYBERWOMEN to support networking among and growth of female information security experts from student to CxO across Germany. He studied and taught at Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main, Harvard Kennedy School, The University of Tokyo, Tec de Monterrey, Brandt School of Public Policy, Zeppelin University, Salzburg Management Business School, and Stanford University

Alicia Wanless
Alicia Wanless is the director of the Information Environment Project at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, which aims to foster evidence-based policymaking for the governance of the information environment. Alicia is the author of The Information Animal: Humans, Technology and the Competition for Reality.
As part of her work at Carnegie, Alicia created a multistakeholder network in partnership with the G7 Rapid Response Network to support information integrity efforts in Ukraine. Alicia was a technical advisor to Aspen Institute’s Commission on Information Disorder and is a founding member of its Global Cybersecurity Group. She is also an expert advisor to the World Economic Forum’s Global Coalition for Digital Safety. Alicia is a visiting researcher at the Institute for Digital Security and Behaviour in the University of Bath's School of Management. At King’s College London in War Studies, she completed her PhD combining strategic theory and ecology in a new approach to understanding conflict within the information environment.
